HumanHire is partnered with a top national Mid-Size Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in Midtown NYC. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure matters involving toxic exposure claims, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, transportation, and general liability defense.

We Offer:
- Pay: $130-160K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Exciting Bonus Structure: Up to $24K in Annual Bonus based on billables

- Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote weekly
Responsibilities:
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions, including party, witness, and expert depositions
- Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Analyze medical, scientific, and technical records related to toxic exposure claims
- Collaborate with clients, experts, insurers, and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy
- Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and motion practice
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Defense experience required (Civil Litigation preferred)
- Active New York Bar Admission (Admission in New Jersey a plus)
