Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top National Law Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join the firms growing team in Detroit.
The Litigation Associate will defend clients in asbestos and product liability matters through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
We Offer:
- Pay: $115-140K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Full Remote Flexibility
- Unique Bonus Structure: Quarterly and Annual Bonus opportunities - $24K+ in Total Bonus available

Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
- Defend clients in asbestos and product liability matters from inception through resolution, including case evaluation, strategy development, and trial preparation.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Conduct and defend depositions of fact witnesses, expert witnesses, and corporate representatives.
- Manage discovery, including document review, e-discovery coordination, and analysis of medical and scientific evidence.
Litigation Associate Qualifications:
- Michigan Bar License
- 1+ years of Litigation Defense experience
