Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm that is looking to add a Litigation Associate to their growing team in Chicago.
The ideal Litigation Associate candidate will have 1–5 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in product liability, toxic tort, mass tort, and/or premises liability.
We Offer:
- Pay: $130-150K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote weekly
- Exciting bonus structure: Annual and quarterly bonus opportunities, up to $25K total!

Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Manage a caseload involving product liability, toxic tort, and general negligence claims.
- Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials as appropriate.
- Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Experience in Product Liability, Toxic Tort, Mass Tort, or Premises Liability (Preferred)
- Illinois Bar Admission
