We Offer:
- Pay: $285-325K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Exciting Bonus Structure: Eligible at 1950 Billable hrs. (1800 min)

- Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote weekly
Responsibilities:
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions, including party, witness, and expert depositions
- Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Analyze medical, scientific, and technical records related to toxic exposure claims
- Collaborate with clients, experts, insurers, and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy
- Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and motion practice
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Commercial litigation experience required
- Active California Admission
- Experience with both defense & plaintiff side litigation is a plus
