Job Description
HumanHire is seeking a Life Insurance Claims Analyst for a short-term contract assignment to assist with a project focused on reviewing and verifying unpaid death benefits. Based in West Harrison, NY, this role is critical to supporting a time-sensitive project focused on reviewing and verifying unpaid death benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in life insurance claims processing and be proficient with Microsoft Excel.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm/9am-5pm

Life Insurance Claims Analyst Responsibilities:
- Review large volumes of unpaid death benefits using the VBA system
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of claims data
- Identify and help resolve discrepancies in beneficiary or payment details
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of review outcomes
- Provide timely updates on project progress to internal stakeholders
Life Insurance Claims Analyst Qualifications:
- Prior experience in life insurance claims processing or a related insurance function
- Intermediate Excel skills
