Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Float
Location: Manhattan, NY (Central Park, Upper East Side, Yorkville, Kips Bay, Washington Heights
Schedule:Â 4/10 hour days, Mon, Wed-Fri 7:30a-6p (RDO Tuesday)

This LPN Float role offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to expand their clinical experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, including updating medical history, medications, and allergies in the electronic medical system
- Record vital signs and prepare patients for exams and procedures
- Assist providers during exams and in-office procedures
- Administer injections and medications per physician orders
- Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
- Conduct EKGs and point-of-care testing
- Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and care plans
- Active New York State LPN license required
- BLS certification required
- Prior outpatient or clinical experience preferred
- Experience with EMR systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Starting pay: $38-49/hour (based on experience)
