Location: Manhattan, NY (Central Park, Upper East Side, Yorkville, Kips Bay, Washington Heights)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8.5-hour shifts between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8.5-hour shifts between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, including updating medical history, medications, and allergies in the electronic medical system
- Record vital signs and prepare patients for exams and procedures
- Assist providers during exams and in-office procedures
- Administer injections and medications per physician orders
- Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
- Conduct EKGs and point-of-care testing
- Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and care plans
- Prepare and clean exam rooms before and after patient visits
- Monitor and restock medical supplies and inventory
- Travel between locations as needed to support patient care
- Active New York State LPN license required
- BLS certification required
- Prior outpatient or clinical experience preferred
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations
- Starting pay: $39+/hour (based on experience)
