Job Description
HumanHire is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join a well-established outpatient clinic with over 20 years of dedicated service. As a vital team member, you will advocate for patients by building strong relationships and providing high-quality care.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: $39-45/hour, based on experience.
- Location: Floating between locations in Brooklyn & Staten Island
- Hours: 8.5-hour shift, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Benefits: Tuition reimbursement, 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and generous paid time off.
- Collaborative Environment: Be part of a supportive team of healthcare professionals in a clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care, including taking vitals, updating medical records, assisting with exams, and performing routine tests.
- Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and injections accurately, with proper documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and self-care practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program with an active NYS LPN license.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
