Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Â
Location:Â Brooklyn, NY 11207
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Pay:Â Up to $46.75/hr (based on experience) + OT eligible
Start Date: Hiring ASAP

An established community oncology practice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support patient care at its East New York location, delivering individualized cancer treatment in a collaborative clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate EMR documentation, including vitals and medications

Assist providers with exams and procedures
-
Administer medications and injections
-
Perform phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and EKGs
-
Educate patients and support clinical supply management
Requirements:

Active NYS LPN license and BLS certification
-
Clinical experience and familiarity with EMR systems
