Level 1 Help Desk
HumanHire Technology has partnered with a healthcare organization on Long Island to find the top IT professionals in the area to join their team. The ideal candidates must enjoy problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment. You will be required to provide onsite and remote help desk technical support to users in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with 3rd party IT service provider and other vendors.
- Answer calls and provide support for issues, triage/resolution for clinical and support staff users.
- Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and provide wireless and network troubleshooting
- Microsoft O365 Platform Support
- Installation and Troubleshooting of approved software
- Printers - Troubleshooting & Printer Access
- Basic L1 Laptop & Desktop Troubleshooting
- VPN troubleshooting
- BYOD and Mobile device support
- Level 1 Clinical Application Support
Qualifications:
- 1 year in a customer service role resolving escalated customer and vendor issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365
- Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, and liability matters related to medical practice
