Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top-ranked National Law Firm to find a Commercial Litigation & E-Discovery Paralegal to support the firms growing team in Tampa!
The Commercial Litigation & E-Discovery Paralegal will be responsible for supporting commercial litigation attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing case files, and overseeing E-Discovery processes, including data collection, review, and production.
We Offer:
- Pay:Â up to $80K Base Salary plus OT & Bonus!
- Schedule: M-F (8:30am - 5pm) – hybrid flexibility offered!

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with preparing various legal documents for commercial litigation cases
- Manage case files, including organizing, collecting, processing, and producing documents, as well as drafting and cite-checking
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and provide support for trial preparations
- Oversee E-Discovery processes, encompassing data collection, processing, review, and productions
- Administer the firm's document review platform and provide general litigation support, particularly for E-Discovery needs
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of paralegal experience supporting commercial litigation attorneys in a law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of Federal and Florida state court rules.
- Experience with a document management system and time entry system
