Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm to find a Legal Recruiting Manager to join the firms growing team in Oakland.
The Legal Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process for attorneys and legal professionals.

- Pay: $140-160K Base Salary plus Bonus!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for associate, partner, and other legal professional roles.
- Partner with leadership to understand the firm’s hiring needs and strategic goals to create recruitment plans.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, legal associations, networking events, social media, and law school recruiting, to identify top talent.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the firm’s needs and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring partners and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Law Firm recruiting experience, preferably focused on Attorney recruiting
- Experience in a Supervisory or Management position
- Bachelor's Degree
