HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked global Law Firm to find a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join the firms Attorney Talent Acquisition team.
This role focuses on recruiting summer associates and lateral attorneys, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.
- Location: Midtown, NYC (Hybrid Schedule)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the legal recruitment team to develop and implement strategies for attracting top summer associate and lateral attorney candidates.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through networking, job fairs, and online platforms, building a diverse and talented candidate pool.
- Oversee the application process for summer associates and lateral attorneys, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
- Schedule and organize interviews, prepare interview materials, and assist in the evaluation process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Attorney Recruiting experience (Law Firm experience highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
