HumanHire is partnered with an elite mid-sized Law Firm to find a Labor & Employment Associate to join their growing team in NYC, LI, or Albany offices. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex investigations, litigation, and counseling matters for employers.

We Offer:
- Pay: $140K - $200K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Exciting Bonus Structure: Up to $30K in Annual Bonus (Paid Bi-Annually)

- Hybrid Flexibility: 1 week in-office, 3 weeks remote
- Conduct internal corporate and government investigations involving employment and labor-related matters.
- Represent employers in litigation involving employment-related claims, administrative agency charges, and workplace disputes.
- Defend clients in wage and hour matters, including collective and class action litigation.
- Provide strategic advice, counseling, and training to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues.
- Advocate for employers in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and appearances before administrative agencies.
- Support and participate in collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions.
- Defend clients against unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB and improper practice filings before PERB.
- Counsel clients on compliance and accommodation matters involving the FMLA, ADA, ADEA, New York Civil Service Law, and religious accommodation requests.
- 2+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Labor and employment law experience required
- Active New York Bar Admission (New Jersey is a plus)
