The IP Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to attorneys in intellectual property matters, from case inception through trial, including managing information flow, case records, discovery, depositions, and ensuring adherence to best practices and technological advancements.

The IP Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to attorneys in intellectual property matters, from case inception through trial, including managing information flow, case records, discovery, depositions, and ensuring adherence to best practices and technological advancements.
What's in it for you?
- Pay: $100,000 - $120,000/yr + OT & Bonus!
- Hybrid work model! (2 days remote per week)

- Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, review (identifying responsive, confidential, and privileged materials), and production, as well as compiling responses to interrogatories and requests for admission
- Coordinate and prepare for depositions, which involves preparing witness files, organizing exhibits, arranging logistics with court reporting agencies, and researching prior testimony and publications
- Maintain comprehensive case records and monitor deadlines, managing correspondence, pleadings, and client documents, and creating and maintaining calendars of key dates for litigation matters
- Provide trial and arbitration support, ensuring adherence to best practices, managing the flow of information, and preparing for filing and serving documents with the court and opposing parties
- Utilize and manage litigation support systems such as Relativity, and set up databases to efficiently organize and track case information and testimony
- 5-10 years of IP/Litigation experience
- Experience with Relativity a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
