This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of the legal industry and the ability to navigate the complexities of a global law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the professional development of our talented team.
- Location: Redwood City (Hybrid Schedule)

- Pay: $160-180K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Hybrid flexibility: 2 days remote per week!

Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the firm's values.
- Conduct investigations and address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Work closely with department heads to identify training and development needs and facilitate professional growth opportunities.
- Stay current with employment laws and regulations in various jurisdictions to ensure compliance.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience (Law Firm experience highly preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
