HumanHire is partnered with one the world's largest Investment Firms to find a Human Resources Coordinator to join their growing team in NYC!

The HR Coordinator will have an emphasis in Learning and Development, supporting a variety of the firms talent development and learning initiatives.
  • Location: Midtown NYC (Hybrid Schedule)

  • Organize and coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts or external trainers to facilitate effective learning sessions.
  • Maintain and update the learning management system (LMS) to ensure accurate records of employee training activities.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage external learning resources to supplement internal training programs.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and orientation programs to introduce new employees to the company's culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure onboarding programs align with team-specific needs.

  • 1+ years of Human Resources and L&D experience (Financial Services experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree focused in a related field
