Job Description

Suburban Essex County NJ Law Firm seeks General Corporate Attorney with 5++ years of experience to handle drafting and negotiation of corporate documents (operating agreements; shareholder agreements; buy/sell agreements).  Attorney must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.  Opportunity to work remotely or part-time in office due to COVID.  New Jersey Bar admission is required.
