They have been in business for over 75+ years and have over 250+ Attorneys across their office locations nationwide. You can sit out of their NYC or LI office locations when onsite.

We Offer:
- Pay:Â $130-170K+ Base Salary plus Bonus! (all in estimate $150k - $190k)
- Unique Bonus Structure:Â Up to $30K

- Conduct investigatory interviews for employment and labor matters
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and prepare initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions in court
- Prepare administrative position statements
- Handle depositions and assist with case strategy
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree Â
- Active New York State Bar admission
- Minimum of 1–2+ years of litigation experience, specifically with exposure to wage/hour and employment discrimination litigation
