Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked National Law Firm to find an Employment Law Attorney to support the firms growing team in either of their Tampa or St. Pete’s offices!
The Employment Law Attorney will be responsible for advising employers on employment law compliance, representing them in government investigations and litigation, and drafting employment agreements and policies.

- Up to $170K Base Salary plus Bonus (DOE)
- Exciting Bonus Structure:Â Annual Bonus that can reach up to $50k!

Responsibilities:
- Advise and counsel employers on ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Represent employers in litigation defense involving employment claims and provide timely responses to supervising attorneys and clients
- Manage and defend employers during government agency investigations related to employment matters
- Draft and revise a variety of legal documents, including employment agreements, firm policies, forms, and procedures
- Manage a heavy workload while maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines for client and supervisory requests
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership in good standing with the relevant state bar (FL)
- Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience specifically in employment law
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and their application to employers.
