Your Responsibilities

Supervise a field-based team of Emergency Response Clinicians and Peers
-
Coordinate team coverage and scheduling for SUD Crisis Response alongside EMS
-
Respond on-site to behavioral health and substance use emergencies
-
Provide direct counseling, harm reduction, and connect individuals to resources
-
Educate families on addiction, treatment options, and navigation

Represent the organization in meetings with EMS and community partners

Support hiring and onboarding of new team members

Refer cases appropriately to county and community crisis programs

Ensure documentation and reporting is completed accurately and timely
What You’ll Need
-
Active NYS license: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, OT, or RN
-
Experience in behavioral health, crisis response, or substance use disorder care

Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, mobile/field-based setting

Valid driver's license with a clean recordÂ

Comfort working outside of a traditional office—this is a hands-on, community-based role
