Position responsibilities are:
- Provide support for the planning and execution of recruiting events
- - Manage relationships with colleges and universities
- Provide progress updates on recruitment processes to HR management
- Serve as the main point of contact to candidates, recruiters and interview teams to ensure an excellent recruiting experience
- Communicate with candidates to provide status updates on their candidacy
- Other ad hoc requests and special projects when needed
Position requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 year of professional related experience
- Campus recruiting or career services experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
