Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a leading law firm to find a Director of IT to join the firms growing team in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, a deep understanding of legal technology needs, and a proven track record of implementing and managing complex IT systems.
- Location:Â Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Schedule)

- Pay:Â $250-300K Base Salary plus Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the firm’s business goals and objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data security.
- Manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience (Law Firm experience highly preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Leadership experience overseeing an IT department
- Various IT-related certifications
