We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our client's team in White Plains. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data. This is a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of data and ensuring its accuracy.

- Pay: $20-22/hr (weekly pay & benefits!)
- Location: White Plains, NY
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM or 9AM-5PM
Responsibilities:
- Input and update insurance data accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy data retrieval.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Use Excel to analyze data and create reports.
- Follow data entry procedures to streamline workflows.
- Stay updated on industry regulations for data compliance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferred
