Job Description
We are seeking skilled Customer Service Representative's to provide assistance on to customers. As an Customer Service Representative, you will manage customers accounts, resolving customer issues and responding to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing information on products, services, and resolving issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints or technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing customer orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates while ensuring accurate records.
- Offering guidance on using products or services, educating customers on features, pricing, and promotions.
- Documenting customer interactions, track issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
Qualifications:
- 2 + of customer service experience
- Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
- Computer savvy & comfortability speaking on the phone
