Job Description
HumanHire is working with one of the largest employers on Long Island to help find a Customer Service Representative for their office in Freeport. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for fielding inbound calls to obtain work orders & dispatch technicians out to client sites!
They offer:
- Hourly rate: $21-$22/hr (plus weekly pay, bonus opportunities, 401k match, & full health, dental & vision benefits)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, must be flexible for an 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM shift (with occasional rotating weekends)

What you'll be doing:
- Field inbound calls from commercial clients & obtain work orders for maintenance at their various store locations
- Dispatch technicians & third-party subcontractors out to client sites
- Prepare reports on prospective vendors for senior management
- Negotiate prices based on company margins
- Add new vendors to active lists as contracts get signed
What they're seeking:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal & electronic communication skills
- Microsoft office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Energetic, and willing & eager to learn!
