Job Description
HumanHire is working with one of the largest distribution companies on Long Island to help find a Customer Service Coordinator for their office in Woodbury.
Salary: $40,000-$45,000 per year plus bonus opportunities for you to make 50% of your salary in quarterly bonuses (no sales at all!)
Benefits: Dental, Health, Vision, 401K match, PTO & life insurance
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
Customer Service Coordinator responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls from customers to provide updates on current inventory, order status & shipping information
- Ensure products are shipped to the correct address & troubleshoot to replace any damaged merchandise
- Work with vendors to update online inventory & pre-order products as needed
- Ensure that customers have all necessary paperwork & payment set up in order to process requests
- Place outbound calls to customers to confirm delivery of shipment
- Answer customer inquiries as they arise
Customer Service Coordinator qualifications:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office setting
- Associate's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal & electronic communication skills
- Computer savvy & comfortability over the phone
