This is a great opportunity for a retail, food/beverage, or administrative pro looking to get that first corporate in-office experience and add a household name to their resume.
The Customer Service/Call Center Representative will support clients over the telephone by answering product and service-related questions and providing a world-class experience to each and every customer.

Customer Service/Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound client inquiries, resolving a wide range of product and service-related requests over the telephone.
- Collaborate with other internal departments and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively recommending products and services that are a good fit.
Customer Service/Call Center Representative Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, front desk receptionist, etc.)
- Excellent telephone communication skills and a commitment to delivering consistently excellent client experiences.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to juggle multiple systems with ease.
- People who are inquisitive, critical thinkers, and problem-solvers tend to do very well in this role!
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
- Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
