Job Description
We are partnering with a local aerospace manufacturer in their search for a Continuous Improvement Manager. Located in the Islip area, the ideal candidate will come with manufacturing project management experience and an understanding of financial analytics.

Salary: $90-115K
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives
- Identify and implement cause and corrective action activities
- Develop training curriculum for Lean Manufacturing trainings
- Participate in work center audits
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Six Sigma or Lean Certification required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive motions
- Strong communication skills required (both written and verbal)
