Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Long Island based Law Firm that has been in operation for 30+ years with multiple offices across that is looking to add a Construction Litigation Associate to their growing team in Nassau County.
We Offer:
- Pay: $120-170k Base Salary plus Bonus
- Unique Bonus Structure: Up to $25K

Construction Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
- Representing commercial construction clients across the New York metropolitan area in complex litigation, claims, and dispute resolution
- Managing all phases of construction litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court for a diverse client base of developers, contractors, and design professionals
Construction Litigation Associate Qualifications:
- 2 – 7 years of Construction Litigation Defense experience
- Active NYS Bar License
