This position offers the opportunity to work on complex matters involving construction disputes, NYS Labor Law defense, and construction defect/property damage claims.

We Offer:
- Pay: $115K - $160K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Exciting Bonus Structure: Up to $30K in Annual Bonus (Paid Bi-Annually)

- Hybrid Flexibility: 1 week in-office, 3 weeks remote
- Conduct depositions, appear in court, and handle motion practice in both state and federal courts.
- Counsel clients on construction litigation strategy, risk assessment, and insurance coverage matters.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery materials, motions, and other litigation documents with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work closely with partners and team members to develop effective case strategies and provide exceptional client service.
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and sound judgment while contributing to the firm’s strong reputation and collaborative culture.
- Respond to catastrophic incidents by meeting directly with clients, assessing potential exposure, and assisting in the development of litigation defense strategies.
- 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience with emphasis on construction/NYS labor law defense and property damage claims
- Labor law experience required
- Active New York Bar Admission (New Jersey is a plus)
- Focus on appellate practice is a plus
