HumanHire is partnered with one of the largest and most specialized real estate Law Firms, ranking as a Tier 1 firm, to find a Construction Litigation Associate to join their growing team in NYC. This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated construction litigation matters while working closely with experienced attorneys on high-profile disputes.

We Offer:
- Pay: $220K - $250K Base Salary + Bonus
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401(k), PTO, and more
- Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH
- Billable Req.: 1,750
- Location: NYC
- Manage construction litigation matters through all phases of the litigation process.
- Handle depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.
- Prepare witnesses for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial.
- Work closely with clients and partners to develop litigation strategy and resolve complex disputes.
- 5+ years of construction litigation experience.
- Strong experience with depositions, motion practice, and discovery.
- Active New York Bar admission.
