Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with a prestigious Am Law Top 300 firm in NYC to find a Conflicts Analyst to join their growing team! The Conflicts Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards by conducting thorough conflict checks.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive conflicts of interest checks for new and existing clients, matters, and personnel, utilizing internal databases, external research tools, and other resources.
- Identify potential conflicts and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for review and resolution.
- Analyze conflicts reports and assess the level of risk associated with potential conflicts, taking into consideration ethical rules, legal obligations, client requirements, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and firm management to develop strategies to mitigate conflicts and preserve client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to conflicts of interest, confidentiality, and data protection.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a conflicts management or risk management role at a law firm
- In-depth knowledge of conflicts of interest rules, legal ethics, and confidentiality principles.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
