HumanHire is partnered with one of the largest and most specialized real estate law firms, ranking as a Tier 1 firm to find a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their growing team in NYC. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation, real-estate related matters and construction law disputes

We Offer:
- Pay: $220K - $250K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Exciting Bonus Structure: Bonus based on merit and billables
- Low Billable Hour Requirement: 1,750

- Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote per week
- Draft and argue substantive motions in complex litigation matters.
- Conduct and defend depositions throughout all phases of discovery.
- Oversee discovery processes, including document production, review, and management through e-discovery platforms.
- Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings, arbitrations, depositions, and trial proceedings.
- Assist with and participate in trials, evidentiary hearings, and other contested proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements and develop strategic resolutions aligned with client objectives.
- 5 years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Complex commercial litigation experience required
- Preferably involving Real-Estate & Construction Law disputes
- Active New York Bar Admission
