COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY opportunity with this mid-sized law firm in Morris County for attorneys with 4++ years of experience (more seasoned candidates encouraged to apply). Handle commercial litigation matters with particular emphasis in commercial real estate litigation and banking litigation.  This associate must have deposition and court experience.  NO HOURLY BILLING REQUIREMENT, but associates typically bill between 1500-1700 hours annually.  Both NJ and NY Bar admission is required.  Join this sophisticated practice that offers a tremendous work/life balance.
