Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Law Firm to find a Collections Coordinator to join the firms growing team in Boston.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid Schedule)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, including identifying overdue accounts and initiating collection efforts.
- Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on overdue invoices and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including correspondence and payment agreements.
- Address and resolve client disputes or concerns related to billing and payment issues.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of collections, outstanding balances, and any issues encountered.
- Work closely with attorneys and other staff to understand case-specific billing and collection needs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Collections and/or Accounts Receivable experience
- Familiarity with various accounting softwares (Elite is a plus)
