Collections Representative
HumanHire is partnering with a well known bank in the Bronx area to help them with their search for a Collections Representative. The ideal candidate will come with at least 1 year of collections experience!

Collections Representative Responsibilities
- Conduct account analysis to identify outstanding debts and prioritize collections.
- Utilize financial software to track payments and manage accounts payable.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach out to clients regarding overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections.
- Apply medical terminology when dealing with healthcare-related accounts, if applicable.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all client interactions.
- Collaborate with the revenue cycle management team to streamline collection processes.
Collections Representative Qualifications
- Associates Degree - Preferred
- At least 1 year of collections experience
