Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top financial services organization to find a Collections Manager to join their finance group in Rome, NY.
As the Collections Manager, you will oversee and manage the collections department, ensuring that all overdue loans and accounts are handled effectively, while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

- Pay: $85-105K Base Salary plus up to 10% Bonus!
- Hybrid Flexibility: 2-3 days remote weekly after training

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the collections team, providing training and development opportunities.
- Develop strategies to reduce delinquency rates and optimize recovery efforts.
- Oversee overdue accounts, prioritize follow-ups, and assign cases to agents.
- Ensure all collections activities adhere to laws, regulations, and policies.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Collections and Leadership experience
- Financial Services or Banking experience highly preferred
