Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Collections Analyst with a law firm in the Roseland, NJ area (zip code 07068).
Position responsibilities are:
Position responsibilities are:
- Communicate with clients professional regarding past due invoices
- Create and maintain notes of all collection activity in MS Excel\
- Assist in collecting electronic billing invoices through third party vendors
- Provide support to attorneys for monthly client billing cycle
- Escalate collections issues as needed per firm policy
- At least years of collections experience in a law firm or other professional services industry
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Experience with Aderant or other legal management software a plus
- Experience with Collection software (ARCS or similar) a plus
- Excellent communication and client relations skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
