Medical Assistant – Medical Aesthetics
HumanHire is partnering with a growing Med Spa to hire a Medical Assistant who will support providers and the client experience while helping the practice run smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong clinical and administrative skills to step into a high-impact role with potential for advancement.

Schedule: Full time, currently capped at 32 hours per week with planned expansion to 40 hours

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for treatments, record vitals, and assist providers during procedures
-
Perform patient intake, including medical history documentation and updating charts
-
Conduct point-of-care testing, prepare lab specimens, and maintain exam room readiness

Handle front desk tasks such as scheduling, patient check-in, insurance verification, and follow-up communications

Support daily operations including coordination with providers and assisting with patient inquiries
-
Track patient satisfaction and help identify opportunities for operational improvement

Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and welcoming environment
Requirements:
Experience:
-
Prior experience in a med spa, dermatology office, or outpatient clinical setting
-
Strong background in patient care, front office support, or clinical assistance
-
Exposure to aesthetic and wellness treatments preferred
Certifications:
-
Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
Skills:
-
Knowledge of common med spa procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to make patients feel comfortable and cared for

Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-growing environment

Ability to support both clinical and administrative functions
