Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mammography Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography imaging procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of medical imaging techniques, particularly in mammography, as well as proficiency in medical terminology and physiology. The Mammography Technologist will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.

- Pay: Up to $60/hr
- Location: Manhattan, NY
- Schedule: 4 days a week, no weekends!

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and diagnostic mammography procedures, including stereotactic biopsies.
- Manage inventory and supply orders.
- Educate patients on procedures to ease anxiety and ensure cooperation.
- Prepare, position, and image patients using proper techniques and equipment settings.
- Process and review images for accuracy and quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of continuous experience in Mammography.
- Licensed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with PET scans, nuclear medicine, and emergency room protocols is a plus.
