Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $100,000 – $130,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Schedule:
This is not your standard 9–5. Providers typically work:

2 days: 8am–8pm
-
1 day: 8am–7pm
-
Every other weekend required

Two weekdays off each week, plus every other weekend off
About the Role:
We’re seeking a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a focus in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in both primary and pediatric settings. This role blends traditional in-person visits with telehealth, supported by a collaborative care team and modern technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across pediatric and adult populations

Prescribe medications and design individualized care plans
-
Educate patients and families on preventive health and wellness
-
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
-
Support telehealth visits from the clinic setting
-
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications:
-
Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine focus
-
Active RN and NP licenses in New Jersey
-
Experience in both pediatric and primary care settings
-
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
-
CPR and BLS certifications
-
Familiarity with EHR systems and patient education practices
-
Availability for every other weekend
