Location: Midland-Odessa, TX
About the Role
We’re seeking a Chiropractor to join a thriving clinic in Midland-Odessa. This isn’t your traditional wellness-care model—it’s a patient-first approach that blends chiropractic and rehabilitative exercise, with each visit structured as a one-hour session focused on injury resolution. This is a growth hire, bringing in a second provider to meet patient demand.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate, assess, and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions using an evidence-based model.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy (no instruments or passive modalities).
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise protocols to aid recovery and prevent re-injury.
- Apply functional taping and other approved modalities as part of treatment.
- Manage the clinical environment and oversee support staff as needed.
- Deliver patient-centered care, averaging 40Â patients weekly depending on staffing.
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree, or nearing graduation.
- Licensed (or in process of obtaining licensure).
- Strong communication skills and a mission-driven, patient-focused mindset.
- Exceptional palpation skills and hand/grip strength.
- Passion for soft tissue work (ART, MFR, or similar techniques a plus).
- Open to entry-level and experienced candidates (extensive training provided).
- Willingness to relocate to Midland-Odessa, TX (relocation package available).
Schedule
- Full-time; 40 hours per week of patient care.
- Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday mornings depending on clinic needs.
- Professional clinical attire required.
