Compensation
Salary: $120,000 – $145,000
Bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus paid after 30 and 90 days

Position Overview
Growing specialty practice seeking a Physician Assistant to join a collaborative clinical team in Edison. This role is primarily office-based, focused on patient care and follow-ups. Ideal for providers who enjoy consistent patient interaction without a heavy surgical schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Provide patient education and ongoing care management
- Document visits accurately in the EMR
- Coordinate care with clinical staff and specialists as needed
Requirements
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey
- Open to Nurse Practitioners without OPR license
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Schedule
Full-time, standard weekday hours
