Job Description
HumanHire is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to join one of the largest multi-specialty medical practices in the country! This role offers competitive compensation, an extensive benefits package & the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized company!
What's in it for you?
- Pay:Â $225,000 - $250,000/yr
- Benefits:Â 401K Match, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, & paid holidays!
- Schedule: 8:30 am-5 pm (M – F) Fully on-site
Responsibilities:
- Provides meaningful input to directors, vice presidents, and executive leadership engaged in strategic planning activities
- Initiates strategic planning activities for service area and coordinates across the health system to achieve goals
- Analyzes environmental issues as well as quality and financial data and collaboratively develops systematic plans for the achievement of goals
- Plans and administers recruitment and retention programs to attract and retain high-quality employees needed to achieve organizational objectives
- Leads business partners to effectively address operational needs, enhance colleague engagement and organizational culture
- Integrates change leadership skills into the daily practice of HR managers
- Directs the implementation and interpretation of Human Resource policies and procedures
- Develop staff and management to use abilities and talents to accomplish goals
- Provide HR reports and analysis to support business needs
- Creates and manages processes that contribute to continual performance improvement
- Participate with the Human Resources leadership team to develop and manage respective budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare appropriate variance reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of job-related experience
- 5+ years of managerial experience
