We are seeking an experienced call center professional to join our client’s team in their customer service department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with a specific focus on retirement products and services. As a Call Center Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our client’s call center, providing leadership to a team of customer service representatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with a specific focus on retirement products and services. As a Call Center Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our client’s call center, providing leadership to a team of customer service representatives.
What's in it for you:
- Salary: $55,000-60,000/year
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:30am – 8pm (1 Saturday shift per month, 9am – 2pm)

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of customer service representatives within the Retirement Department.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee the training of new team members, ensuring a thorough understanding of retirement products, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct ongoing coaching and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and high-quality customer service standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Address and resolve customer escalations, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center environment, ideally 1-2 years in a senior-level/team lead role
- Knowledge of healthcare/retirement plans is a plus
- High school diploma
