Job Description
HumanHire is looking for a Call Center Representative to join a well known insurance company that has been around for over 75 years! This role offers room for advancement & a lively work environment. (No sales involved!)
What's in it for you?
- Location: White Plains, NY
- Pay: $18/hour (plus weekly pay, full benefits, 401K, bonus opportunities & more!)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm (Some weekend flexibility required)
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high call volume to assist clients/customers
- Update customer accounts as needed
- Document customer interactions into the computer system
- Coordinate with team members to ensure great customer service
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a medical office setting/call center preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
- Computer savvy & comfortability speaking on the phone
