Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with a leading marketing company that has been in business for 30+ years in search of a Call Center Representative for their office in Syosset, NY.
What we offer:
- Position: Call Center Representative
- Location: Syosset, NY
- Pay: $18-19/hour (weekly pay)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11AM-7PM, training from 11AM-5PM (fully paid!)
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone and email to answer questions and troubleshoot technical issues
- Document customer information into the computer system
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company offerings
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience required, office experience preferred
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
- Computer & technologically savvy, ability to type 40 WPM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
