Job Description
We are partnering with an Industrial Machinery Manufacturer in their search for a CNC Operator. Located in the Hauppauge area, the ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience operating multi-axis lathes and mill turns.

- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts from refractory metals
- Program CNC lathes and mills using CAD/CAM software
- Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Maintain CNC lathes and mills in good working order
Requirements:
- 5+ years previous CNC set up experience
- Must be able to use standard inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Must be able to change any tools required during a production run
- Must have experience programming in Matrazol
