HumanHire is seeking a Business Development Manager to join one of the top regional banks in NYC! The bank has been in business for more than 50 years and has a vast presence across New York & New Jersey.
We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of Banking experience to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve the bank's growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and other outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Work closely with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to develop new products and services that meet the needs of our clients and the market.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the financial services industry, preferably at a bank.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
